Question 1

Who is Turnstitch for?

Accepted Answer

Turnstitch is intended for U.S. restaurant owners and operators who manage table cancellations and guest waitlists made up of people who have opted in.

Question 2

How is cancellation recovery planned to work?

Accepted Answer

The planned flow starts with a table opening, routes the opportunity toward a guest who opted into the restaurant’s waitlist, and aims to give the owner a clearer view of coverage before service. Automated outreach and follow-up are future capabilities, not current behavior.

Question 3

What is not available yet?

Accepted Answer

Reservation, messaging, and AI integrations are not yet built. Turnstitch does not currently monitor live reservations, send guest offers or messages, confirm bookings, or use AI to match openings with guests.

Question 4

Does Turnstitch automate outreach or follow up today?

Accepted Answer

No. Automation and follow-up are future capabilities. Turnstitch does not currently contact waitlist guests or send follow-up messages.
